After a period of two years from the date of first publication of the
Licensed Editions the Publishers may dispose of surplus stocks as remainders
or destroy them. Before remaindering or destroying any copies of the Licensed
Editions the Publishers shall inform the Proprietors of the Publishers'
intention and shall offer the Proprietors four weeks' option to purchase any
or all copies intended for remainder at the remainder price or to obtain any
or all copies intended for destruction free of charge.
