如果是申請 MS 卻收到 PhD 的面試，我想你應該先問清楚才對吧。
並不像美國可以讀到一半拿 MS 走，而 PhD 若沒有完成，
可能是拿 MPhil 這個挺尷尬的學位。
至於面試的話，當面面試的成功率不見得比較高，電話也不見得比較低，
但重點是可以自己確認學校的環境，以及辦公室或實驗室的氣氛，
以及整個研究團隊的狀況。
