ConA-agarose column (1x2cm) http://www.vectorlabs.com/products.asp?catID=211 Agarose Concanavalin A的簡稱, Concanavalin A是一種lectin, 會認alpha-linked man nose, 你的蛋白如果有被修飾過, 說不定可以用這個column來做affinity purification. phenyl Sepharose CL-4B column(1.6x15cm) 一種HIC(hydrophobic interaction chromatography)column, Amersham/GE所出.
