有關菠菜葉色素的濾紙色層分析結果

由於9n年大考出了一題,結果與舊教材及每個學過高中生物的學生所認識不同 我查了好久, 而國內大學對這類簡單的化學分析卻沒有提出答案, 任由考試引導教學內容 也不妥, 至少我看到的報告是 大陸--濾紙效果--胡黃ab 香港--濾紙效果--胡黃ab 美國--高中教材參考--濾紙效果--胡黃ab 其他網頁--薄層分析效果--胡ab黃 只有最後一項與該年大考所示答案一致, 而解釋卻共用了極性問題來概括 困擾了兩年, 在google用不同詞組搜尋, 看到這討論..摘述部份內容 "We do a chromatographic separation that sounds very much like Michael's and I thought the pigment order was chlorophyll b chlorophyll a xanthophyll 2 xanthophyll 1 (gray, "ides") and carotene at the solvent front. ...
