先從甲老鼠身上取得ㄧ株細胞，
並使細胞在體外transformed，
最後再注入回同一隻甲老鼠，
免疫系統影不會把transformed cells當作外來物，
也不會清除它。是因為是來自於同一隻老鼠身上。
