剛剛發現了一個網站，好像是 EMBL-hamburg 下面的。 (精華區沒看到，不知道有沒有 po 過.....) http://www.embl-hamburg.de/~geerlof/homePP.html 裡面有 vector and strain database...etc... 個人覺得還蠻不錯的... == ie. e. coli expression vector: http://www.embl-hamburg.de/~geerlof/webPP/vectordb/bact_vectors/index.html e. coli strain: http://www.embl-hamburg.de/~geerlof/webPP/straindb/bact_strains/bact_strain_index.html == 然後我在 Cloning and auxiliary vectors 的地方，發現了 pLysS 的資料，發現它寫：origin p15A 嗯，該不會這是為什麼我 pMON (p15A ori) 在 BL21(DE3)pLysS strain didn't express well 的原因吧... 然後它在 pRSET 的地方 host strain 是寫 BL21(DE3)pLysS... 我的 pRSET 在這個 strain 是 well expressed... 不過我不懂，為什麼在 BL21(DE3) 和在 BL21(DE3)pLysS 會有差... (when just transform with pRSET only, not co-transform with other vector...)
