[問題] LDH assay 減少target spotaneous 的LDH 量
在養四小時後我的target cell spontanous 的LDH 量竟然比
mdeium control 高上許多, 表示我在養96 孔的時候細胞死滿多的
請問板上高手怎麼減少細胞在96 well 中死亡的量 ( round bottom 96 well)?
