我即將要做生平第一次的 isoelectric focusing (IEF)
請問有人可以提供一個 general protocol
或是 methods and/or reagents 相關的 links 嗎?

i'm aware that IEF 現在都被併入 2D electrophoresis 去做
but my main focus is IEF technique
