[問題] primary murine macrophages and spore uptake
spore refers to bacteria athracis or subtilis spores.
macrophages are peripheral lymphatic tissuess cell extracts.
does any one out here have experience in the aforementioned experiment?
i am having problems 1. purifying macrophages 2. inducing spore uptake.
