[問題] 什麼是limited proteolysis
請問什麼是limited proteolysis
這項技術通常都用在那方面?
我最近看一篇有關GINS complex結構分析的papaer
裡面有用到limited propteolysis之後拿去跑SDS page和MALIDI-TOP mass spetrometry
可是我還是不懂作者用limited proteolys要測試什麼?
會不會是用來確定蛋白質純化程度
這篇方法編寫順序如下:
Protein expression and purification-->Limited proteolysis-->Crystallization and structure determination-->Glutathione S-transferase pull-down assay-->Antibodies.-->Preparation of Xenopus egg extract and sperm nuclei.-->Immunodepletion and immunoprecipitation.-->Replication assays.-->Isolation of chromatin-bound proteins.-->Structural modeling.
