關於分光光度計的應用範圍 (蛋白質定量)，因為沒有用過所以不太懂討論裡所比較的
優劣差異在哪裡> <" 上google也不曉得從何查起~~~這個對我很重要!!拜託拜託!!

The transformation system with gfbsd is comparable to this widely
used method (hph) in terms of speed and efficiency. In other
aspects, gfbsd has an advantage over hph because BSD can be used as a

畫線部分是我有疑問的地方，bsd 全名是 BS deaminase，
而hph 是 Hygromycin phosphotransferase
同樣都是酵素分解梅，為什麼只有 BSD can be monitoring by spectrophotometer????
是分光光度計本身的限制? 還是說結構上造成這兩者分析的難易差異??
