[病理] 有關染色深淺的定義
我看到一篇文章，使用Tissue Microarray(TMA)分析他的樣本
有一句話是這麼說的
TMAs was graded semiquantitatively considering both "staining intensity"
and "percentage of positive tumor cells"
利用"staining intensity"和"positive tumor cells"來定義score的等級
percentage of positive tumor cells
我了解,是合理的區分方式
但是另一個staining intensity我就不了解其意思
字面上的意思是，染色的深淺度嗎?
是與染色的時間有關係，還是與染色的效果有關係?
這讓我胡塗了! 是否有神人能幫我解惑!
文章裡的Staining intensity區分為
score 0, No staining of cancer cell
score 1, weak staining
score 2, moderate staining
score 3, storng staining
