[求救] 請問濃度稀釋
最近在接觸HPLC的東但這些實驗的學理實在是離自己來久了
所以有些基本的問題都忘了
以下有一個基本的問題想請各位大大不吝解答..
An average of 1.5ml sample, sample(1ml) was spiked with
1.5ng/ML internal standard, and concentrated 40-fold under
a gentle nitrogen stream without any pretreatment.
Then 20ul of concentrate solution were directly injected into the sample loop.
The result of HPLC measurment was 255.1 pg/mL.
以上為題目, 若回推sample的真正濃度要如何計算??
