The arrow indicates the HindIII fragment from dTph9 in the ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 作者應該是以HindIII切完後再做Southern blot 根據"片段大小"判斷copy number 如果只有一個Insert 則HindIII fragment僅包含dTph9後半段加exonIII的一部份大小應該就如paper描述的0.8kb 畫個exonIII的簡圖: HindIII HindIII +之間為insert dTph9 |為HindIII切位 ----+-----|---+----------|------ dTph9 切完後會產生 |---+----------| 這段片段 0.8kb 如果insert不只一個則會切出另一個的片段大小可能會跟dTph9一樣 (你可想想為什麼) 至於會多大我不知道@@ 而為何2.0kb會有一陀應該只是其他的DNA fragments 以上我的想法歡迎其他人補充~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.93.103
