[求救] 要如何確認分子演化符合linear molecular clock呢
想請問板上的先進們，
我用一條protein sequence去做BLAST，
然後挑出另外五條不同物種的相似protein，
用這六條protein做完multiple sequence alingment，
親緣樹也畫出來了，
那我該如何確定這六條protein的molecular evolution
是符合linear molecular clock呢？
懇請版上的專家們幫我解惑，小弟感激不盡！
