[求救] 如何在已知 cDNA 序列上找出特定 Domain
各位 Biotech 板友大家好，
最近手邊有一份作業，
整個題組是要讓我們練習找出有興趣的序列，
然後自行設計 Construct 放入合適的載體表現。
因此第一小題就是要找出兩種指定蛋白的 cDNA 序列，
然後分別在序列上找出特定的 Domain。
我已經用 NCBI Database 找到該 cDNA 序列，
但不知道要如何定位 Domain 位置，
查了許多相關文獻也都沒有找到答案。
想請問大家我該使用什麼工具來搜索？

附上題目：
Get the sequence for human single chain urokinase (scuPA or prourokinase) cDNA
and the human tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) cDNA. Identify the sequence
for serine protease (SP) domain in scuPA. Identify the sequence for the K1-K2
domains in tPA.
