[求救] 請教胺基酸native與non-native的差異
小弟本身是機械背景最近再研究DNA在流場中的拉伸情況，先前在"Stretching of Proteins in a Uniform Flow"這篇論文中看到對 胺基酸分類為native與nonative兩類，想請教兩者在結構上的差異，謝謝!
論文部分內容:
"The effective interactions between the C amino acids
are split into two classes: native and non-native.
The distinction is done by checking for native overlaps of all atoms in amino acids"
