[問題] soybean trypsin inhibitor 溶於PBS中有懸浮物?
最近和sigma訂購了T9003 soybean trypsin inhibitor,
產品說明以及paper均指出可溶解在phosphate buffer中,
所以我依照paper配置濃度溶解在pH7.2的PBS中,
溶質量依照標準並沒有超出buffer的溶解度
可是發現溶液中會出現像棉絮一樣的懸浮物,
猜想應該是沒有完全溶解,
請問這個現象是正常的嗎?
有沒有配過的人可以提供一下經驗
