[求救] transfection 的internal control與plasmid DNA比例
我的實驗目前是用Arrest-in做transfection實驗
Arrest-in是2.5ug,pEGFP plasmid DNA是0.5ug,這樣的比例送進NPC cell可看見螢光
我接著就要進行後續的實驗,
我想請問phRL-TK(internal control)plasmid DNA與MMP-1 promoter plasmid DNA
的比例該如何?這樣送進細胞會比較好
