各位同好大家好：有一些文章不約而同的提到了類似的臨床試驗。這些臨床試驗的目的都是想要減輕慢性的抗宿主反應。有一些細胞療法的成敗關鍵就在於病人能否度過抗宿主反應的難關，所以找出減輕抗宿主反應的方法是很重要的，相信許多生技方面的同好兜會有興趣。以下有幾篇這類臨床試驗所發表的paper，如果有興趣的話，不妨去看看： Cotransplantation of mesenchymal stem cells might prevent death from graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) without abrogating graft-versus-tumor effects after HLA-mismatched allogeneic transplantation following nonmyeloablative conditioning.
