[求救] TIC frequency
各位大大好！
我最近看到一篇paper
Alessandro Carugo, Cell Report 2016
他提到他用一種Barcode的技術
取代舊式tumor-initiating cell frequency需要以limiting dilution assays測試的方
法
我想問
1.TIC frequency是什麼意思
2.這個assay的目的是什麼
因為paper找不太到解釋TIC frequency的語句，只大概能理解是要看多少細胞會形成Tumo
