在schweser study notes book1 p.77
Which of the following statements is "least" likely correct? A
member or candidate:
(A) can participate or assist in a violation simply by having knowledge
of the violation and not taking action to stop it.
我覺得答案是這個比較恰當啊 XD
但解答是:
(D) must report evidence of legal violations to the appropriate governmental
or regulatory organization.
我曉得D也有不妥的地方，但是A的錯誤感覺很明顯啊，還麻煩各位解惑了，thx!
