小妹目前在日本讀書, 去年10月有去參加一個大型的Career Forum
那時有申請一家歐系投銀的Equity Research職務, 面試有進到第二輪
但面試我的主管跟我說在日本做Equity Research日文必須要有母語程度, 而我明顯沒有..
不過他有跟我推薦我或許可以嘗試Trading或Sales (雖然日文也是很重要= =)
然後面試結束前他有提到如果有機會他會幫我看看其他職缺
我後來也沒把這件事放在心上, 畢竟我知道做Trading要有IT背景, 但我沒有
在日本做Sales, 雖然也是有外國客戶, 不過畢竟日本客戶還是多, 所以日文最好要很強
就這樣過了快三個月, 我剛剛收到日本Barclays HR寄來的email
問我現在有沒有在找Full-time工作, 然後想要給我一個面試
職務是關於Equity and Funds Structured Markets的position
我查了一下Barclays的網頁, 得到的資訊不多
只有在Equity的Trade Insight and Execution找到一點說明:
