[請益] 菜單設計計算
這是老師出的作業
第ㄧ份設計菜單
由他給的條件我算出所需熱量 = 2048卡
pro:2048*12%/4 = 61.5 g
fat:2048*25%/9 = 56.9 g
CHO:2048*63%/4 = 322.5
然後我設定奶類1EX 水果2EX 蔬菜3EX
算出主食類18EX 接著肉類只有1EX
就沒有接著算下去了,肉類一日要4份不是嗎!?
是有哪裏出了問題嗎
