一、主文檢舉案駁回。另，請使用者saokie與gigi030507，於文章#1PnfsCZV (DirectSales)、#1PoYYlU7 (DirectSales)中停止以推文爭吵。二、說明觀使用者gigi030507之推文「媽媽跟我說不要理神經病....」一句之語意與上下文，難稱為指摘特定或不特定使用者是「神經病」，本板認為不構成第九條第二項第四款要件，亦不構成第十一條第一、二款要件，此部分未達違規標準。然本板發現，使用者saokie與gigi030507兩造皆於文章#1PnfsCZV (DirectSales)、 #1PoYYlU7 (DirectSales)之推文以易起紛爭之詞語指責對方，依第十一條第六項，先予以勸停，希望兩造能冷靜發言，若執意持續爭吵行為，不排除予以處分。三、申訴救濟若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。 ※ 引述《saokie (阿火)》之銘言： : 檢舉人ID：Saokie : 被檢舉人ID：gigi030507 : 文章代碼(AID)：#1PnfsCZV (DirectSales) : 檢舉事由：說人神經病 : https://i.imgur.com/RiFrhaJ.jpg
