that 關係代名詞代替的是 programs
它連接了兩個主要句子
1. There are programs on television.
2. The programs explain how to do things. 都是現在式，故動詞選B
: (D) 3. _______ carefully, this letter is verybeautiful.
: (A)Type (B) Typing (C)To type (D) Typed
句意是 This letter is typed carefully.
This letter is very beautiful.
合成一句 (Being) typed carefully, this letter is very beautiful.
: ->想請問這題的原句是:This letter is typed carefully,~~~~. 而用分詞構句的寫法嗎?
