1. Sleep More Will Get You A Slender Figure
If you want to have a good figure, in addition to eating less and doing more
exercise, scientists also suggested that you need a high quality sleeping.
According to reports, the interference of body’s normal metabolism system
will obstruct combustion of calories in the body. It will make the people
have 15% higher chance to get obesity who have less sleeping time than those
who have enough sleeping time.
2. More Laughing, More Fat Burning
A research report of a neurologist, Dr. Helen Picher indicate that laughing
one hour a day can burn about 100 calories. It is equivalent to vacuum for 45
minutes or generate calorific capacity by a chocolate.
Dr. Selkirk in the University of Berlin said, laughing more can accelerate
the heartbeat so that heart will bring more blood to every part of the body.
And the most important is that it will inspire your brain to secrete
Endorphins which can keep people optimistic and positive.
3. Chewing Food Thoroughly
A study of American Journal of Clinical Nutrition pointed out that if you
chew food for 20~30 times before you swallow it, the calories which you have
taken in your body will be less for 70 calories than fast eating.
The researcher also explained that fast eating will make our body take too
much more than we really need before our brain send the stop signal. If we
choose to eat slowly, we can not only control the quantity but also have
postprandial satiety and satisfaction.
4. Red Beans And Job’s Tears Can Make You Remove Edema
If you don’t like drinking and have poor metabolism, you can prepare a pot
of red beans soup or Job’s tears soup without sugar for yourself. The only
thing you need to do is leave the soup after you filter ingredients out. You
can treat the soup as water for drinking in daily life. It can increase the
water that you need to ingest and strengthen your metabolism. The abundant
vitamins also can help you remove unnecessary water in your body and reduce
edema.
