[文法] 文法三題(關代/代名詞)

Ans: (D)
請問這裡選(D)不選(A)的原因只是單純的描述『情況變糟』，並不需要有it這樣子嗎？
如果選it也不知道it何謂，故選(D)？
2.Blood tests from the pair showed a mutation in their DEC2 gene ___ has
previously been implicated in the control of circadian rhythms....
(A)that (B),which
Ans(B)
請問這裡選(B)的原因而不能選(A)是因為前面的先行詞DEC2是專有名詞，故用非限定
形容詞子句的形式嗎？(這裡的逗點絕對不能省嗎？)
3......at Melbourne City's museum ____....
(A)where (B),where
Ans:(B)
這題跟上面那題很像，是不是也是因為前面是專有名詞，所以要加逗號？
那我們平常見的句子This is the house where I live. where前沒逗號純粹是先行詞非
專有名詞(ex Melnourne City's museum...)而是普通的the house囉？
(以前沒怎麼注意到逗號的問題.....)
