[請益] 能否幫我改一小段文章...

這是我自己寫的，但是總覺得有地方怪怪的，
可是因為本身英文不太好，所以還是不知道怎麼改...
希望版上的大大們能夠幫忙指點，謝謝！！

To sum up, the most important thing for the manager to know when choosing
an approach is that any technique may both advantages and disadvantages,
so deciding which approach to choose could be hard. The only thing that the
manager can do is to find a way with the best balance between advantages and
disadvantages, and depend on more specific situations to make the final
decision, such as cost, available resource, size and demographic of
organizational members, long-term or short-term program, etc.
首先，不知道能不能先幫我看看是不是有很多文法錯誤...
再來就是不知道能不能幫助我改善英文表達，
我覺得我寫起來好像國小作文喔XDD
