為什麼不能用One; the other呢??

作功課不是 do homework嗎? 為什麼這邊用with....
不知何時用with 和時用do說? 這句看不出要用with說...
6. Cindy looked ___ at the party. She looked at me ___.
(A)unhappy; sad
(B) sadly; sad
(C) happily; happily
(D) friendly; happily
請問為什麼是D, 其它錯....呢?
