看了一下文章和推文
發現大家犯了一個常見的錯誤
如果我們要表達 40% 變成 30%的話
應該是decreased by 10 percentage points
而不是decreased by 10%
如果從 40% decreased by 10% 的話應該是變成 36%(40%-40%*10%)
(感覺好像變成解數學題...)
