Normally, if you want to win support for a suspect you say the authorities
have got the wrong person. In this case, police maintain they have video
evidence of rapes in progress. So, the fall-back position seems to be
that somehow the girl asked for it. Bad fall back position.
我試過一些英英字典和維基查解釋，但都沒有相關的資料
但是搜尋引擎卻很多使用這個字的文章....大概都是新聞
所以這裡要怎麼翻譯比較好呢?
不可能是退後位置吧...
