體會一下他的意思，應該就是then(那麼；然後)
後面就that 子句
最後一個that 是指示形容詞！
第一個that是放在assumes 後面的that子句，是最長的一句，一直到句子結束！
倒數第二個that，也是that子句，後面接的句子是that device is safe
抓住上下文的意思，就比較容易分析出，到底作者要用哪個字表達意思！
