各位版友大家好：以下是我的論文摘要以及個人試譯由於我比較不知道如何正確使用標點符號和連接詞因此，希望大家能針對我的文法問題，給予指教。謝謝^^~ 中文摘要中國與東南亞國家於冷戰初期，由於意識形態的對抗而處於對立之勢，在中蘇交惡之後，雙邊的關係才有了發展的契機。然而，1978年中國實施改革開放政策，由計畫型經濟體制轉變為社會主義市場經濟體制，充滿活力的市場力量帶動中國經濟的發展。與此同時，中國的快速崛起，卻也引起周邊國家的不安和猜忌，尤其東協各國更是擔心中國成為經濟上的競爭對手，區域安全的威脅來源。對中國而言，「中國威脅論」不僅將降低其他國家與其結盟的意願，甚至在這個全球化與區域化的時代裡，更是中國繼續發展的一大阻礙。因此，中國以其厚實的經濟力量做為軟實力的基礎，一方面解決中國威脅論所造成的困境，另一方面，也希望成為東南亞區域整合的主要推手。執此，過去約瑟夫‧奈伊（Joseph Nye）將經濟力量視為硬實力一部分的說法，在觀察中國與東協關係的進展時，似乎應有所調整，中國的經濟力量也發揮了軟實力的吸引作用，本研究稱為經濟軟實力。以下，將探究中國如何運用經濟軟實力來扭轉東南亞各國對它的負面評價，並推動東協加一的形成。英文試譯 Due to the ideology conflict, China and southeast Asian countries were in opposition at the beginning of the Cold War. After China and the Soviet Union became enemies, China and the ASEAN had a chance to develop their relation. China started to implement the open door policy in 1978, shifting from command economy to socialist market economy, and the boom of China's economy was driven by the energetic market power. At the same time, China's rise also caused neighboring countries' suspicion and anxiety, especially the ASEAN's worries that China could be the economic competitor and the threat of regional security. For China," China threat" would not only undermine other countries' willingness to form an alliance with China but also impede China to move forward in the era of globalization and regionalization. So China solved the dilemma of China threat and became the main driver of southeast Asian regionalization through its strong economic power as a soft power. The concept defined economic power as a hard power by Joseph Nye should be revised under the China-ASEAN context. China's economic power also exerts attraction like soft power, which is called economic soft power.
