這一篇是跟美國廠商諮詢的信 但是我是"感覺"出來意思，但是無法100%掌握其意，或是翻譯 想問一下，這一種英文的等級有無辦法量化成IELTS TOEIC 或是大學文法等級大概 多少? 謝謝! (不須翻譯!) 若要像這篇一樣厲害的商業e-mail 該怎麼學會比較好? 謝謝!
