I never went through the TOEIC before, and I got my last TOEFL
score when I was sixteen (1998), so I'm probably not the best guy
to answer these questions. But since you touched on the subject
of English improvement, I'm just going to blurt right out and say
that I don't think these examinations have a lot to do with your
English ability. (I mean, come on, they barely pose as good
measurements of English skills -- the only skills that may advance
are exam-taking skills. :P)
