Well, if u really like to choose one of them, i probably suggest TOEIC..
cuz for TOEIC, it mostly can be accepted in the market of Taiwan..
for TOEFL, normally, it's for ppl who wanna study in oversea..
(just my suggestion..)
by the way, to be an assistant, i think u just improve ur speaking
that's enough ot deal most things..
of ocurse, writing and reading are important as well..
but for cram schhol, i do not think u should go to take it ...
u can study English by urself..through by the internet ...
read English news, listen English radio...
it gives u helping rather than cram school..
hope u can deal it well ..:)
