I stayed up till 2 in the morning every day in the first week .. Hope I can survivie after the first semester .. - - " How do I think about English .. ? I think at least English is an international language Someone told me that the more languages u r able to speak, then the more opportunities u r able to survive And English is definitely my neccesary skill cuz if I speak Mandarin to profs in the university then no one would understand what I'm talking about .. - - However .. I just got the brace on my teeth so that it is hard to eat and speak to people .. What affects me the most is that when I talk to someone after I got the brace .. they always say "Pardon me ?" .. and I'm really demoralized .. I've come to Vancouver for only two years and half .. so I really don't think my English skill is good .. still learning .. Am I eager to learn English .. ? I think it's kinda .. but I'm lazybones ..
