My language exchange is a 22-year-old girl who came from a island country in caribbean. She got a 5 year scholarship and planed to apply to colledge in Taiwan, maybe she is a nice girl, but everytime she asked me to do her favour, such as bring her to NTU, NTUST or NCCU to get some information, it always took me a whole afternoon... At the beginning, I am glad to help her, but as time goes by, I think I am just a guide for her, not a friend. But that's still OK, life for a foreign in a country is not so easy, what I can do for her isn't too much... But now I start to hesitate... Recently she asked me to give her a hand and pretend her student. She wanted to get a job with a high pay of NT700/hr, being a elementary school student's Englisg teacher. For getting the job, she lied to the boy's father that she graduated from New York University and had lived in new york for a long time and now teach Englisg in a children school. The boy's father asked for some reference, so she hoped I could tell the boy's father what she said was all true. In fact, I don't think that's a good idea, she have a sholarship of 30k per months for 5 years from taiwan goverment, she don't need money very much. I don't know what to do... Shall I help her? In this situation, what would you do?? Please give me your advices, thank you so much. ※ 編輯: mamei 來自: 61.228.205.178 (04/07 14:01)
