[Ask ] Which should I decide?

Dear board mate: I have something confused me. Does anyone can give me some advise? I am 29 ~ 30 years old, and graduated from a research institute in private school. My major is cryptography. When I graduate, I have two theses publish at abroad journal. I have 5 years working experiences in ISP. I am working for a small enterprise and doing the SA job for banking system. But I am not happy here, because when I can't have the opportunity to perform my working experience before. And I am really sad for it. Nowadays, I have a chance to go to Palau, to be the diving guide. But I am wondering, if I come back to Taiwan after one or two years, maybe I will have few working chance here. And also my working experience in Palau may not be referance if I come back to the ISP or MIS area. I won't do the business about diving in Taiwan. I think people who like diving will know why. I am also wondering, if I do not go to Palau for diving guide, I won't have any chance again. Can I ask for some advice about my confuse? My friends who is elder than me, they do not suggest me to go to Palau. And friends who is younger than me, they push me to go.
