Hi Tommy,
You shouldn't be disappointed. It took me almost 3 years to be fully confident in speaking English, and I lived overseas all those years!
So I think everyone should be proud of themselves, of what they have achieved, in a non-English speaking country. ^^
Maybe you should attend language school in UK first? That might improve your skill substantially?
