Perhaps you just don't get my idea...
For sure you could keep things for your security...
or simply to make you feel secured..
For that, I would recommend you go pay for someone..
who will meet up all your requirement..
That way, you don't need to worry anything
Me, for example... I am here not only to make friends..
But also to contribute... and keep up my English..
If you have personal problem (personality or else)
I believe it is better if you go overcome it your own first..
Then, come here..
That said, the more restriction you have...
the less you are gonna get..
by the way, rules mean.... your requirement...
not really something like policy... :)
If you have exception on your requirement..
you might want to state it first..
