[Mind] What should I do?

Dear all,
I began my working career since 3 months ago. The English ability is very
important in my office. We always need to write English e-mails to our
foreign cliens. It seems that my performance is not good in the past
few days.
Because, Last night, one of my senior colleagues implys and reminds me that:
If I would like to go on working in this office, I have to improve my English
ability. Some senior colleagues thought my English ability is not as good
as they expected.
On the other hand, we always need to work overtime.
I really don't know wether I like this job or not.
Should I spend money and time to improve my English ability to fit this job?
Or should I just quit this job and find a new one?
I have ever asked myself theat do I really like this job?
I thought the answer is not!
However, my family have very high expection on me for doing this job.
So, I can not just give up so easy.....I feel the pressure is very high now.
What should I do?
