Firstly, thanks for your reply... Guess what...I had the thoughts just like you said "talk the talk and walk and walk", go with the flow and try to be a person without my own thoughts in the working place. No doubt, I will be happy in this company ..because I am going to do the same thing just like the person who I dislike.. ...>"< I have tried to show my friendship to the person that I work with..however, the result end up with giving up...It's useless..because she is still taking advantages of other co-workers and what she did is still only thinking about herself instead of others. This is not a big company but a samll comapny with 10 people who work together...and plus we won't bite anyone...why she still works like this way... Other co-worker all can get along with each other well.... I guess, maybe she just treated here just like a place that she needs to come every Mon. through Fri. after that, she is home as a mother..so she doesn't care it a lot...just a guess!!
