Re: [Talk] trying to express myself in English
※ 引述《bigtrainBRCM (愛PO文章的小男)》之銘言:
: I believe the saying "practice makes perfect" is right because we are not native
: English speaker. So I would suggest everytime you have chance to speak English,
: you can pronounce it several times and you will memorize it more easily.
: BTW, forget about the grammer if you really want to talk to foreginers.
: They can understand what you said as long as you dare to say it outloud.
: To my experience, it's theri responsibility to understand what we say since
: they are native speakers, right ?!
: Cheers
: ※ 引述《colarain (陽光惡小姐)》之銘言:
: : It's very difficult to express things in Eglish for me.
: : I didn't even know if the grammar is right.
: : Sometimes,I just don't know how to put them together in right way.
: : I always worried about the grammar, when I was trying to write or speak
: : in English. I spent a lot of time to figure out if it was right or not.
: : That's annoying.
: : Another thing bothering me is that I have oral test sometimes,so I have
: : to think about the story and turn it into English. I need to memorize
: : every word before I get on the platform. Since I'm nervous easily, I forget
: : everything what I have to say when I am in front of so many people.
: : That's a big problem for me.
: : How to get over that? about Eglish and nervousness.
After you have tried many times, you may realize you have conqued the anxiety
unconsciously. That's what I have learned in my last trip to France. Talking
to the French, you have the chance to see that there are many more people who
speak poor English, and that, as long as it serves the purpose of
communication, you can simply forget about the grammmar. Keep trying. :)
