[Talk] anyone gym regulars in here???
Have been liking going to gym for pass few months.
i was wondering if there is any avid gym going people in here...
really enjoy the environment there, but its soooooooo expensive...
good thing i got a one month trial membership from my brother ^^
at the free weight section, there is tons of big muscle guys...
kinda scary looking XD
i usually just do some bench and go upstairs to the weight machine...
anyone know of any good body building routines?
like what should i do to get more muscle definition, etc etc etc ^^
