That's a question that's been on my mind for years.
And I'm glad that cathycc asked this. I'm alos providing
you with my own answer for it even though I am not an owl.
Those who sit up every night have simply developed a habit that,
very unfortunately, is quite difficult to get rid of.
Most people develop this bad habit during their college years.
But you'll be finding that more and more high school studnets
are taking advantage of their night time as well.
Plus, in my observation, people in Taiwan really like to sit up
(especially younger people).
And the most ridiculous part of it is that most people sit up
for no reason at all.
