Re: [Talk] English environment
I agree that we need a good environment to learn English,
however, go aboard is not a necessary way.
In Taiwan, we have many chances to pratice our English.
Many people want to study English.
At least, we can go to 補習班, they create a good environment to learn.
Maybe you can try others ways to learn, and think about that
why you need to study English, that may help you to select the methods.
Actully, methods and actions equally important.
