Re: [Talk] English name
I would like to have an English namet too.
I used to use Chris, aka Christina for girls.
Or Tiffany. (Sounds like a girl from rich family and I don't
really like it)
Currently, I use my Chinese name, Tsai-Yin.
"Tsai" is my first character of my first name, not my last name.
But, people always call me "Tsai" or "Sai".
Its pronounciation really sounds like "shxt" in Taiwanese.
Could anyone give me some suggestions?
I don't want to be poopoo.
I would like to have an English name whose pronounciation is
close to my Chinese one.

: Hi all,
: My English name is Jackie, which is the same as my Ptt's id. :)
: I've actually had a problem about my English name for a long time.
: I wonder if this name is often used for girl in USA, but I'm a boy. @"@
: What do all you guys think about this name?

: : I got a really weird name "Houston", which normally been used as one's

: : But fortunately I get used to it and realize that it is a unique name that
: : would keep in other's brain all the time. You wouldn't forget a guy name
: : "Houston", wouldn't you? On the other hand, it is easy to make friends after
: : introducing myself. I think that's a kind of benefit I'd gain from my name
: : after all.
