This is what i did for practice.
watch american shows like sitcoms etc.
"Friends" helped me out so much...
I used to repeat what they just said on TV, like I am a character in the show
After a while, whenever I want to speak english, I would subconciously think:
How would Ross, Joey etc say it? (characters in the show)
see if it helps you out.
